Step 1. Wait for your Booking Confirmation Email

We've received your booking. Once this tour hit a minimum number, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email right away! If you already received this email, please move onto the next step.

Step 2. Check your passport

Your Passport must:

Maintain its validity for a minimum of six months beyond your return date.
Have at least two blank visa pages.
If you don't hold an Australian passport, check with your nearest embassy for any specific requirements.
If you renew your passport after booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Step 3. Fill out this form

Please fill out the form as soon as possible.

Step 4. Receive your Visa Grant Notice (if applicable)

If we're processing your visa, you should receive your visa grant notice within 7-14 working days after completing the form. If we require further information to process your visa, we will get in touch with you.

Step 5. Book your return flights from Australia (if applicable)

If your tour does not include flights to and from Australia, or you have opted to book your own flights, you can go ahead and book this once you have received your Visa Grant Notice.
